We have encountered a problem where once we submit the record producer(Request) in employee center it will redirect to standard ticket configuration("/esc?id=standard_ticket&table=sn_ap_cm_ap_case&sys_id=9d4844808709e25013e0edf83cbb358f").But when we open the same request from My requests it is redirecting to the different url ("/esc?id=suplr_ticket&table=sn_ap_cm_ap_case&sys_id=9d4844808709e25013e0edf83cbb358f") which should actually redirect to standard ticket url. Any inputs would be appriciated.
