Hi all!
We have in our instance SSO enabled. We have configured a custom Identity Provider, which works perfectly if we use the instance url or the instance url/sp. The users are redirected to our SSO page. And when they are logged in everything works fine, and the can open everything that they have access to.
BUT - when they are not logged in and the for example ha a link to a page in the Service Portal, they are not redirected to the SSO page they are intead landing on this page which seems to be the $sp page I think, and the 'Log in' Option doesn't work at all, no redirection att all, The modal that opens then is the sam URL as the link the user tries to access.
Does anyone has a clue how to solve this?
We have created a case to our Service Providers since we have OnPrem instances in case there is something in the netwok configuration to do, but no answer there yet.
So my question is this something that can be configured within the instance?
Regards
Anders

Hi @andersbogsjo !
I was wondering if you ever found a solution for this. I'm running into this same issue. When sharing specific Catalog Item url's, the users aren't directed as expected. They are directed to a different Landing/Login page

Actually we found that the URL or pages were set to public, and when unchecked that you were directed to the correct loginpage
