Reducing existing list in SOW

Hi ServiceNow experts, I need help in removing some modules on the list section of SOW.

I need to only retain these 4 that are highlighted. And this filter should only be specific to one group.

When they access SOW they only need to see these 4 modules.

May you please help on how I can execute this? Thank you.

@tinndizz

then create a Copy of LIST-SNC

Then add a Audience and mention the role to it (role which is present for that group)

Then link the above List copy variant with Audience

Then add your required List categories 1 by 1

@tinndizz

those non highlighted ones are UX List Categories -> sys_ux_list_category -> make them active false

Under those there are UX List -> sys_ux_list

You can ensure you give correct audience to those list which you highlighted

If I make those non highlighted as inactive, then it will be inactive for others as well right? What I want is for it to be hidden to a specific group so that only those highlighted will be shown once they go to SOW.

Please help...
