Reference field display value

i have created one variable called Emp Number and it is reference to ys_user table, when i select record it has to visible employee number value from reference table instead name.

please help me how can i achive it

Hi Divya,

It is not possible to customize a display value for each catalog item. It will affect globally in all  places where that table is referenced.
