Reference field - fiters dont show empty results

Hello, everyone

I have a reference field to the cmn_department table and I want to exclude the POL and MOZ values from the country code field of the cmn_locations table, I do this dot walking:

u_main_location.u_country_code

However, I want all the other results to appear even if u_main_location is empty. Because the way I have it, I don't get any results if u_main_location is empty.

Can you help?
