How do i get the value of the related Order Number in Reference field on the Change Request form.

 

Explanation: The requirements demands for two reference fields on the Change Request form.  These two fields will source it's data from the Customer Order Table.   The Change request however, is created through a record producer and uses the Order Number from the customer order table as one of it's inputs.  My question is how do i ensure that the reference fields displays data that relates to that specific Customer Order number.  Adding a reference field that points to the Customer Order table just lists a whole bunch of Customer orders, i want to be able to filter it to the Order that was used to create the Change request in the record producer.  I hope my explanation is not too confusing.  Thanks in advance.   Links to the relevant documentation or you tube videos are fine too.

Is the reference field on the records producer? If so you should be able to just link it to the field on the change. Example from Urgency field on the create incident record producer.
