Reference fields, lookup not working

Hi. Didn't change a thing, it was working as intended. The field on the form that references the sys_user table stopped working. I click on the magnifying glass and it doesnt open the user list. The only thing I did was to create a Wizard. I have no idea. Checked the form, table, fields, etc.

Can you paste the field reference qualifier and the field n the form.

Also check if any script is running mostly onChange script ??
