Reference values not coming in Flow designer

Hi,
Here, in the below attached picture the 2nd field is reference field. But it is not showing reference values. 
I want to specify the condition using that reference value. How can I achieve this?

That is not the definition of "Mfr/Ven N...", but the 1st step/reference in the dot-walked field.

Also I wonder why does a reference called "company" point to table CMDB CI?
