Reference Variable showing sysid instead of values

I have create one reference variable.

when click on magnifier glass it showing sys_ids instead of values.

table level i have updated display value true for os type field,still it showing sys_id.

You can also personalize that list to make it hold whatever fields you want. Just right-click on the header bar and choose Personalize > List Layout like other places int he system.

Hi Ravindrareddy,

Can you go to the reference table and make sure that display value is checked for the field.

Hi Ravindrareddy,

So once you select the record is it populating the "OS types" field with sys_id or else the issue is that you are seeing the sysid in the popup view and not other fields. Please confirm

Hi Pradeep,

I am facing similar type of issue.

I have created a field of list type and setting a reference on m2m relationship table.after clicking on the reference icon in the field,it shows the display name but after saving the record it changes to its sys id.
