Reference Variable showing sysid instead of values

I have create one reference variable.

when click on magnifier glass it showing sys_ids instead of values.

table level i have updated display value true for os type field,still it showing sys_id.

I couldn't find that personalize option in the "header" do you mean "banner", anyhow its not there neither.
