We have business users who require access to read certain tickets in our system.
They have visibility and can access the necessary dashboard but upon refreshing the browser, the URL will remove the nav_to.do and instead will revert to just the dashboard URL.
E.g.
From: /nav_to.do?uri=%2F$pa_dashboard.do
To: /$pa_dashboard.do
The same thing happens when reviewing a ticket, it will display fine until they refresh - it will revert to a view of the ticket from the Service Portal...
