Hi ...,

 

Please check CR CHG0548487 , if I open CR through Ctaks CTASK4137018 & CTASK4137014 its showing Planning in Progress state and if I open CR CHG0548487 directly in SNOW its showing Closed. Please check once and do the needful.

Look like some cache issue or it stuck some different view.  Is it same all changes?
