Regarding change request

Hi ...,

Please check CR CHG0548487 , if I open CR through Ctaks CTASK4137018 & CTASK4137014 its showing Planning in Progress state and if I open CR CHG0548487 directly in SNOW its showing Closed. Please check once and do the needful.

Can anyone, help me on this ...
