Hello,

This is default behavior of read-only fields.   There is documentation available about setting a property to allow click through on read only fields.

Hi @SAI VENKATESH ,

 

Its OTB configuration for the incident table, but you can make possible the preview adding the Attribute "readonly_clickthrough=true" on the caller field:
