Regarding Configuration item and category, Subcategory

I have issue with category and configuration item.

 

Issue was In Incident form, For example:INC1 when configuration item select A and category x is available.

For INC2 when configuration item select A &  category x is not availble.

 

Could you please explain how it works or issue.

Have you checked the dictionary configuration (dependency, ref qualifier etc) of category field?

yes, I have checked there is no condition and dependency value

You can do it via client script, check on community you will get the  code as well.

Hello @AleshKumarK 

I would recommend to open script tracer and turn it on and do the changeover form and see what script is running and making the changes. 

Also, have you cross checked any clientscripts or ui policy written on Configuration item field.
