Enabled Favorite check box in Sp_portal

Hi Team,

I am using 

Xanadu release 

 i have Enabled Favorite check box in Sp_portal after that i can add favorite Icon for Knowledge articles8 but not able to see for Service catalogs please can you know how to fix this issue.  PDI i have enables favorite check box its working for KB and service catalogs. 

 

Please help me where i have to fix this type off issue

I tried in ESC portal and its fine. Try to repair the SP portal once and then check.
