As I am new to this, So i wanted help regarding if a catalog task is not being closed after 1 week since the time it is created then email notification should be sent to technology Ci owner manager and cc should be technology ci owner and support group and if catalog task is not being closed after 2 week then notification should be sent to technology Ci owner manager and cc should be technology ci owner and support group . Can anyone help me with example so i could get better idea on this and i could work on it please.
