Most ans says more than 1 and it seems correct. Although in application record there's a menu field that can only have one record so.
Can you please confirm which one should be the right answer.

It is D. 1, which is used for all application modules since there is only one application menu per application/scope, and the rest of the items inside are modules, You can easily verify it by trying to edit an application or module in the filter navigator.
