Regarding notification attachments

hi there is one requirement,whenever a specific task is getting created for one table, two excel files should be sent in the notification this is are not table records attachments,this are notification attached attachments how do we do this?

i can also se that document, my query is not that iam telling if any attachments are there for particular notification record how do you send them as proper file format in email. mentioned below if you can please help me
