Regarding report

Hello,

 

I am unable to edit the recipient email addresses on a scheduled report. the recipients are greyed out and will not let me amend them, where I have been able to in the past. Attached is the screenshot of the problem.

Could you please suggest solution to this.

Hi @rutujalande ,

 

There could be field level ACL present in your system.

Navigate to Access Control List and check if you have following ACL.

sysauto_report.user_list

sysauto_report.address_list 

 

If yes , check the ACL role, and give that role to user who is facing issue.

Hi @rutujalande 

 

it’s probably due to lack of role or an ACL that prevents you for doing anything. I would suggest that you reach out to your administrator to ask the question.
