Hi @rutujalande ,
There could be field level ACL present in your system.
Navigate to Access Control List and check if you have following ACL.
sysauto_report.user_list
sysauto_report.address_list
If yes , check the ACL role, and give that role to user who is facing issue.

This is what mentioned in ACL "Allow write for address_list in sysauto_report, for users with role report_scheduler, and if the ACL script returns true." Given report_scheduler role to user still the field is greyed out. The following script is present in the ACL applied

Hi @rutujalande
it’s probably due to lack of role or an ACL that prevents you for doing anything. I would suggest that you reach out to your administrator to ask the question.
