Regarding the failure of alert management rule

I have created an alert management rule (AMR) and if my conditions are met alert get passed to AMR and reaches the azure  event hub which is being configured in an action .but now what is happening some of alerts are getting failed at AMR level with various reasons like 
1. Failed to decrypt the value

2. java socket exception 
3. when i check the link to execution there is no issue any of the flow but when i check the midserver logs(i have choosen midserver as auto select midserver) i can see a warning that i am getting for every alert. warning in midserver logs is 
WARN  (Worker-Expedited:IPaaSActionProbe-6269402387bbf518eb0dce8acebb35c1) [HTTPClient:828] Unexpected behavior from remote host: Unbuffered entity enclosing request can not be repeated.: Unbuffered entity enclosing request can not be repeated. - Either Proxy rejecting it or 401 Unauthorized
 
 
if anyone is aware of this issue or have any idea about the solution to this issues please do let me know in the comments.need the response as soon as possible .
