Regarding the sys_id displayed in the reference field.
I know that the sys_id is displayed when there is no information from the reference source.
but,It seems that information such as "IO:" may be added as a prefix to the sys_id.
Does anyone know what these mean? Are there also some variations of prefixes?

Hello @MugTm09 !
IO:<sys_id> is an internal token the Service Catalog uses for variables, especially Multi-Row Variable Sets (MRVS), when addressing them client-side. You’ll see mostly it in legacy portals.
You can read more about it in the relevant knowledge article: KB0786028
Please consider marking my answer as helpful and accepting it as the solution if it assisted you in any way.
