Vedavalli_0-1758700994113.pngIN nowassist panel when we initiate chat it's showing 3 options when we choose one option it's initiating chat after initiating chat i can't see other options . can we configure to see other 2 options when running other conversation.

Hi,

This is not possible. However you can type the text in chat manually to get response.

Alternatively you can click the + icon on the top which will create a new chat and you will see these options again
