Related Knowledge Articles are not showing up on the Service Catalog Item page

Hello,

I have added Related Items and  Related Knowledge Article widget to my sc_cat_item page. Related Items is working fine and showing up the related articles while the latter one isn't showing up any related article.

The Related Knowledge Article column should appear between the related items and "Need for Assistance".

Please let me know if anyone has a workaround for this one.

Hello,

Just go to the Instance of that widget , and check if the checkbox is true or false, incase false it will not show the widget if there are no matching records found.
