Related list action "New" - Visibility

Hey Everyone,

I have this question regarding the visibility of "New" button in Agent Workspace for HR Case management.

1) The highlighted New Button in the above image, where that is coming from?

2)If that "New" button is hidden, then from where we need to re-configure that to make it visible again?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Srinath

Hi All,

I find this New button inconsistent because one of the OOTB Related list actions was inactivated, I validated the New button by activating the corresponding related list action. Now, I'm good and thanks for all of your time to respond to this question.

Sys ID of the OOTB Related List action that has been mentioned above: 5555b77273131010a0a79329faf6a780

Srinath

Hi @Srinath9

It is not UI action normally, it is UX button. Need a separate configuration.
