Related list calling in flow designer

Hi All,

 

Is there any way that we can fetch related list  in flow designer. Example in change request  table i want to fetch  any related list like "incident caused by change" or approvers.

You can do a 'look up records' to the table containing your related records where 'parent' or any other field that creates the relation is the record you are trying to get the related records from.
