Related list fields not auto populating values

Hi. Has anyone encountered an issue where values are not displaying on the related list until the page is refreshed? The data shows up when double clicking a field but does not automatically appear. Thank you.

I think it is as expected, refresh is must to see the data.

Hi Atul, thank you for your response. Except from refreshing, would it be possible to auto populate if I create a script mainly for this purpose?
