Hi,
I created two custom tables and set up a parent–child relationship. On the platform form, the related list is visible as expected see the below attachment.
However, when I open the same form on the portal, the related list does not appear on the form. Instead, it shows only as a related link, and when I click it, the data opens in a separate tab see the attachment below.
I want the related list to be shown directly on the same form in the portal, similar to the platform view (like the attachments section). Could someone please help me understand how I can configure the portal to display the related list on the form or is there any other way to configure it in that way.
Thanks.

Hi @mjeeshan,
it's because the 1st screenshot is from backend that serves primarily for agents, managers, admins, developers and end users (employees) don't have access to it.
While the second one is from portal/esc that is open to ALL the employees regardless their role or position.
These interfaces are not synchronised 1:1 because each persona requires to see different things.
If you want to adjust the form layout after a record is submitted, you must do it manually.
There are several ways how to achieve it, locate the form of your second screenshot and click shortcut [option + right mouse button].
I use MacBook not sure how to do it on Win machines, but it opens this option window:
And you can adjust the widget, but be careful, whatever you do here it will have global impact which means it will be applicable everywhere, so maybe you want to duplicate this widget, do the adjustments and then link it after submission in desired cases only not always.
