Related List not showing as list of tabs

After configuring the related list from the View, the related list is displayed as a list instead of tabs, possibly due to a mistake during the process. Most of the buttons have stopped working, and I have tried the following methods, but none of them solved the issue. Does anyone know a solution?

Hi @Soki Ando 

Click on 'Preferences,' navigate to 'Display,' and enable the option 'Organize form sections and related lists into tabs in classic forms.

Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned above, I've already tried this method, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm looking for other solutions.
