When we select Department, Sub Department, and Service Type fields in the Tariff Fixing table, I have a requirement when they match the same field values in the Services table. The Services table has a field called Service Names with different field values. All the records with different service names should be displayed in the related list.
Is it possible?
This is the Services Table with the fields Department, Sub Department, and Service Type common for CBC and RFT Service Name.
This is the Tariff Fixing table when I select Department(Cardiology), Sub Department(ECG), and Service Type(Investigation) here all the Service Names(eg: CBC and RFT) from the Services Table should display in the Related List. Is it possible in ServiceNow?
