Related Schedules in CAB Definition not working as expected.

I'm getting unexpected results creating a CAB meetings in Kingston. 

I've created a CAB definition and added the Related Schedule 8-5 weekdays excluding holidays.  I used this because I expected the CAB calendar to show the normal workday and easily point out Change Requests that have been scheduled during that time.  The Schedule Entry repeats weekly on Wednesday.  With the default 90 day Rolling Meeting Window I expected to see 13 CAB meetings generated.  Instead I get 64 (the number of working days in the 90 day window).

If I change the Related Schedule to U.S. Holidays I get 13 CAB meetings generated - which I expect.

Does anyone know why I get different results based on the schedule used?

The schedule is what the CAB Definition uses to create the meetings. So you will need a schedule for the CAB meetings (e.g. Wednesday from 2-3pm) and the refresh will then create the next 90 days worth of meetings on Wednesdays from 2-3pm.
