Hi all,
I'm trying to change the default 'Related search results' in Workspace, from using the text in the short description to checking for other open/resolved cases which have the same "Account" field value.
I have a few problems:
1: When I search the Search Field dropdowns, "Account" does not show. I believe this is because the column type of "Account" is reference instead of string.
As you can see in the screenshots below, the "3rd Party Reference" is an option in the dropdown but not "Account".
The only difference I can see is that one is a reference field and the other is a string.
How do I get the "account" field to show in the dropdown?
2: I'd like the related search results to show both Open and Resolved cases as the default search results. Is it possible to have both Open and Resolved cases showing as a single option? If so, how can I achieve this.
Any assistance on how to resolve these issues would be appreciated!
