I would like to create a relationship for a related list to show on User, so when we look up a user we can check the related list to see all the tickets that user has as far as Incidents, Requests, Cases in one location. I can add something simple like just show the Incidents:
However when I try to use the task table and walk my way down to the data it doesn't seem to work, so maybe I'm not doing it properly, or you cannot do that in a relationship? Does anyone have more information or maybe know of an example I could use to accomplish this so I can have one tab for multiple ticket types?
