Hi experts,
I have a flowdesigner where HRcase approvals are triggered with approved and rejected action will change the state of the case.
But if approval is not approved/ rejected and remains in Requested state till 5 days, we need to send an email to approval, if they still do not take any action for 30days, case has to be closed.
Currently if approve or reject action is taken flow is working fine but if the state is in requested state, email is not going.
Below flow working fine currently.
Kindly help me where to add wait for duration and send notification to achieve the requirement
