Remove buttons from playbook card in HR Agent workspace

Hello I am trying to remove these buttons from showing up in the hr agent workspace on the card of the hr playbook does anyone know where to go to remove these buttons? Agents are required to go into the record to close the cases they shouldnt be able to do it from the playbook.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
