We have various catalog items that display a disclaimer depending on the selections made under that catalog item. When the task notification email is sent to the user, the disclaimer is displayed even if the users' selections did not trigger the disclaimer to appear in the service portal.
Is there a way to only display the disclaimer on email notifications where the user was required to read/accept the disclaimer based on their selections?
