Hello All,
During the process of creating an incident when we type in the description, there's a related search(contextual search) which by default shows the results from all the searchers.
My Requirement is to restrict the searches from the catalog items. They do not want to see the catalog items in the search results. Only the knowledge articles should be in the results.

It would be helpful if anybody could help me understand how we can achieve this.
