Remove email received from audit history

Hello everyone, 

Is it possible to remove an email or parts of an email from the incident audit history of a ticket. I know we can edit the additional comments and work notes entered  by selecting the incident- History- List. I need to also edit part of the email as it contains sensitive information. Is this possible?

@Gemma4 Emails are usually stored in sys_email table and audit history is stored in sys_history_set table. You can update the record in both the tables to remove the sensitive information. 

Thanks for the feedback. Is there a way to test this in my pdi before I present it to my team? I tried to enable so I could send a test email in a ticket and it isn't allowing itemailconfiggj.gif
