Remove header and footer on a PDF document created from a UI Pagee

Hi,

We have a UI page which can be printed to PDF. When the PDF is saved and then opened the document contains a header and footer.

The header contains:

ServiceNow top left
The query in the URL top right

The footer contains:

[page number] of [total pages] bottom left
Date time stamp bottom right

Does anyone know how to remove these? I've found the following system property however setting this to false has made no difference - glide.pdf_export_from_form_list.show_report_attrs.

Regards,

Steven

Hi,

you have to go to Reports > Header Footer Templates and select Empty in the content drop list fields as per your need (see image below).

Any more information, please refer to:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/reporting/con...

If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.

Thank you

Cheers
Alberto

Hi Alberto,

Thanks for responding however this doesn't resolve my issue. I have set those values to blank and when the UI page is generated the header and footer is as we want it.

Once this has been saved as a PDF this is when the header and footer information is added to the document.
