Remove Indian location from requester location in service catalog

Hi I have one one-variable set with a name with Requester information with fields as below 

requested by (refer to sys_user table)

requester location (refer to cmn_location) 

project (auto-populated by logged-in user)

This variable set is used in other catalog items Also I have abc catalog for that catalog item I want to remove the India location from the requester location field rest of the locations have to be visible how can we achieve this?

You can implement onload catalog UI Policy on the respective catalog item to hide the choice.
