Remove Logos and Signatures from inbound emails

Hi,

When I create Incident, the system sends an email to the end user to inform him that the incident has been opened. 
If end user reply to this email and for example attach an image , system will show that on Activity stream. But It will not only show the attached image and the text body of the reply but also the logos that I have on email template layout. 

I want in activity stream to show only the text body of the user reply and the attached image (not the images that I have in email layout).  Any Ideas???

set the system property glide.email.inbound.image_sys_attachment.filter.action to AttachNone.
