Remove New Interaction and New Change Request in Service Operations Workspace

Hello All,
I want to remove the new interactions and new change request in sow workspace for all users who land in sow workspace. Currently I am trying to edit the json value from UX Page property  where we have a feature chrome_tab. I want only new incident to display and hide new interaction and workspace.

If a set any JSON value to false in chrome_tab in ux properties it completely hiding the + icon for all users. But in want my new incident. Can anyone pls help me on this to achieve this..

This was not working, we even dont have configure workspace in user profile also.

Yeah I did the same and was able to hide. I have added new request option and I currently want to show topics when the user clicks on new request. I have two topics ABC and XYZ ..Is there any possible ways we can show topics and the catalog items tagged to those topics
