Remove OOB Change Task that gets populated when Change request is in Implement state

Hi All,

I do not want the OOB Change tasks to get populated when change request is in "Implement" state. There is no workflow for this but still this change task is getting attached. I have checked the logs but don't find anything that is related to this. can someone guide me with this.

Hi,

If its not in the Workflow then it should be in the Business Rules on change request table. Check there.

Hi Anurag,

Thanks for the information. I had taken the logs to check on this but nothing related to this is shown.

Check in the scripts and not just logs, see if any BR on Change request table is creating a change task.
