Remove OOB Change Task that gets populated when Change request is in Implement state

Hi All,

I do not want the OOB Change tasks to get populated when change request is in "Implement" state. There is no workflow for this but still this change task is getting attached. I have checked the logs but don't find anything that is related to this. can someone guide me with this.

Hi neharao,

It is no longer solved with the workflows. To remove the OOTB Change Tasks copy either Change - Normal - Implement, Change - Emergency - Implement or Change - Standard - Implement in Flow Designer and remove the Subflow Change - implementation tasks from it.

For this you need to modify the OOTB Flows. The task are generated from Sub Flow which are called in flow.
