Remove Reference Field Clickable Link in Related List in configurable Workspace

Hello everyone, this is my first post on the community,

I have a problem. I want to remove the clickable link on a Reference field in a Related List on a configurable Workspace.

For example, on the screenshot : I want to remove the link for the Unit field. I don't want the user to be able to click on it.

In back-office, I have removed the clickable link on Related List with the List Control. But it doesn't seem to work on the Workspace. Is there a workaround ?

The list control does not work on workspace and there is no other way you can do it.

The only workaround I can think of it you configure the list layout of the of the workspace with a dot walk to dispaly field

eg:- for incident table instead of showing caller field on list will show caller.user_name which will make the list value non clickable for the user.
