Hi @Resourc ,
To delete a knowledge article from the agent workspace, you can follow these steps:
1 Open the knowledge article you want to delete in the agent workspace UI.
2. Click Edit and then the 'More' button in the top right corner of the article.
3. Select 'Delete' from the dropdown menu.
4. A confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the article. Click on the 'Delete' button to confirm.
5. The article will be deleted and will no longer appear in the agent workspace UI.
Note that deleting a knowledge article will also delete any associated comments and feedback. Therefore, it's important to ensure that the article is no longer needed before deleting it. Additionally, deleting an article may impact other processes that reference that article, so it's important to consider any potential impacts before deleting an article.

This is helpful but I want to remove the article from incident ticket which is attached.
