Remove the user Notification

Hi all,

 

How do I remove the notification to the caller for the incident reassignment. The caller only wants to get notified based when the incident state value changes, and do not want the notification is the incident reassignment happens

Hi,

Did you check for existing notifications on the incident table that is triggered to caller? You need to figure the ones that are triggered and add required conditions in 'When to send' section of notifications.

Please check if it normal notification or triggering through some business rule and remove the caller from it. You may need to create separate notification for caller when state value changes.

Hi @Sandhya23 ,

 

Please go to the notifications table and find the notification that triggers to the caller when reassignment happens. You would either need to deactivate the notification or modify the notification.
