Removing variable question choices

Relatively new to this but I am trying to remove options from Question Choices within the Variable in a Record Producer.  I thought I could make them Inactive true but getting an error message to say it's 'editing a choice on a checked out item is restricted'

try opening one by one and make it Inactive=True

if the item is checked out then it won't allow.

Ensure the catalog item is in Edit mode

OR

update the question choices in respective catalog items

Hi @NicholaM ,

Looks like the item checkout for editing in the catalog builder.

open the record producer in the record producer table click on the cancel checkout and try and make the choices inactive again
