Rename in Related list in Portal

I want to change the name of the place I circled in red to another Name, is there any way to solve this?

Hi,

Open a Request record and go to the Requested Item related list. Click on red highlighted and configure List Control. 

Put the new name in Label field and save it

Yes you can configure related list in Service Portal view
