Hello @tushar_ghadage
Yes, you can but if its global Ui Action ex save, update, cancel then it will reflect everywhere its being used. So check if the ui action you are renaming is it global one or specific to a particular table.
If my response has helped you, hit the helpful button, and if your concern is solved, do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards

Hello @tushar_ghadage ,
Yes — technically you can rename it by editing the “Name” or “Label” field.
But…
Renaming an OOTB UI Action directly is not recommended.
Because:
It becomes a customization (not upgrade-safe)
Future upgrades may overwrite it
It becomes harder for other admins to recognize OOTB functionality
Safe Method (Recommended): Clone → Rename → Disable OOTB
This is the best practice.
Steps:
Open the OOTB UI Action
Right-click the header → Clone
Rename the cloned UI Action (Label & Name)
Set the conditions/page-scope as needed
Disable the original OOTB UI Action (set Active = false)
Why this is safe?
Your clone will not be touched by upgrades
You keep the original behavior as a reference
Avoids unexpected breakage
